सरफिरा अनशन
पत्रकार – “आप किस के खिलाफ आमरण अनशन पर बैठे है?”
युवक – “आप लोगो के…”
पत्रकार – “क्यों ऐसा क्या कर दिया हम मीडिया वालो ने?”
युवक – “पिछले साल मेरी सहकर्मी ने एक लड़ाई के बाद मुझ पर बलात्कार का आरोप लगाया। आप लोगो ने बिना जांच किये पहले पन्ने पर वो खबर छापी। फैसला आने से पहले मैं दोषी हो गया, आपके सौजन्य से मेरे खिलाफ कैंडल मार्च होने लगे और आप लोगो ने उस खबर का फॉलोअप किया जब तक…
…जब तक किसी अनजान जनूनी का पत्थर मेरे पिता जी के सर पर लगकर उन्हें पागल नहीं कर गया, जब तक माँ ने सल्फास की गोलियाँ खाकर अपनी जान नहीं ले ली। पर अब जब यह साबित हुआ कि मैं निर्दोष हूँ तो पहले पेज पर वह खबर क्यों नहीं? दोषियों का फॉलोअप क्यों नहीं? अपनी गलती मानते लेख क्यों नहीं? दूसरों के साँस लेने, पलकें झपकाने तक में खामी निकाल देने वाले अपनी गलतियों की ज़िम्मेदारी लेने में घोंघे क्यों बन जाते हो?”

“सरफिरे युवक के सड़क पर बैठ जाने से शहर की नयी सड़क पर यातायात व्यवस्था में अवरोध। 3 घंटे तक यात्रियों का हाल बेहाल।”
